You can submit a maintenance request by contacting your community manager specifically via the community’s Ciramail inbox. You can find this information on the resident portal and/or your welcome letter.
Each community has its own policy on how those maintenance requests will be handled. Sometimes your community manager will have the approval to convert your request directly into a work order if they have that authorization and it is within the budgeted amounts.
Sometimes it will require simple board approval, and sometimes, it may require a lengthier bid process and board approval.
