About RealManage

RealManage boasts an extensive operating history spanning over 30 years, achieved through a series of strategic acquisitions and branch operations. Our brand and current vision were initially conceptualized in 2002 and subsequently launched in 2004 with the acquisition of a highly successful property management company based in Austin, Texas. Subsequently, our expansion through other select acquisitions and organic growth throughout the United States has culminated in our position as one of the top three community management companies in the country.

In 2015, we introduced our on-site division, GrandManors, catering to highly amenitized and lifestyle-focused communities with a range of on-site staff and exclusive lifestyle services.
